In the case of parental leave, you accrue as much pension as you did before your parental leave. This is because we pay for your pension accrual over the hours you are not working. Your employer will inform us of your parental leave.
You may be able to continue accruing pension over the hours you take leave. However, whether or not this is possible depends on our agreements with the social partners.
