Our 2025 annual report and our 2025 sustainable investment annual report are now available online.
For Pensioenfonds PGB, 2025 was marked by further preparations for the transition to the new pension. Together with social partners and other stakeholders, we worked out the details of the new scheme and the choices involved. At the same time, Pensioenfonds PGB showed good results, with rising customer satisfaction and an improved financial position.
We want to give participants and employers clarity and confidence, especially during a period with many changes. We do this by actively involving them in the steps towards the new pension and by clearly explaining the choices.
Our financial position improved in 2025. That made it possible to increase pensions again as of 1 January 2026. At the same time, we made responsible choices to keep the balance healthy in the long term.
The progress we have made in 2025 was the result of an intensive collaboration. For example, we have assessed all 450 employer transition plans for completeness and feasibility. Where needed, we spoke with social partners to refine plans.
We also collaborated with the accountability body, the Supervisory Board and the Pensioners' Association on this. In this way, we are working towards a scheme that is carefully structured and widely supported.
Our efforts are seen and appreciated. Customer satisfaction increased among participants and employers in 2025. We received a third star from the Golden Ear (Gouden Oor), a show of recognition for organisations that demonstrably listen to their customers and improve their services accordingly.
In 2025, we are taking important steps to further develop sustainable investing. And to make a serious and practical start with impact investing, as has been our wish for a long time. We also expanded our current focus themes of climate, biodiversity and food with a fourth focus theme: healthcare, at the request of our participants.
We shared the insights from the survey into our services with our participants, employers and other customers. And we used those results to further build on our visibility and services. We also worked on updating our pension administration and took steps in the area of information security.
Behind these results stands the commitment of the many parties involved, from employees to social partners and other stakeholders.
