The annual Pensioen Pro Awards were presented on Thursday 15 June. Pensioenfonds PGB won the prize for ‘Diversity, Inclusion and Governance’ because of our internal ombudsman Ans Bouwmans.

‘A good way to listen to participants better,’ according to the jury. ‘The fund dares to be vulnerable internally in an honest way.’
Our ombudsman mediates and sorts out matters for people who have a pension with us and feel that they have become stuck in their contact with us. ‘It is exciting that our chairman Jochem Dijckmeester and I received this prize. But I think it is especially important that we as Pensioenfonds PGB get the appreciation that we are really there for our participants,’ says Ans Bouwmans. ‘That we’re here for each other.’
