At Pensioenfonds PGB, we believe that being a good listener is important. That is why we have an annual survey conducted into how we do that. This year, we were awarded the 3-star Gouden Oor Recognition. A result we're proud of.
Organisations can have themselves independently assessed by the Gouden Oor. If you receive recognition, it means you pay close attention to what your customers say. Every year, we have a survey conducted into how we listen to our participants and employers. After all, we want our services to be personal, accessible, and understandable. The Gouden Oor helps us to continuously improve our services.
The researchers spoke with colleagues from across the organisation for two days. They explained what we have done over the past year to listen better to our participants and employers. The researchers' response: "We're touched by your enthusiasm." To us, the three stars confirm that we are on the right track. Director Edwin de Jong: "We want to be there for our participants and employers. And with the transition to the new pension, that's more important than ever. That's why, for example, we work with participants who are retiring during the transition to see how we can best guide them. We truly listen and improve our services based on what we're told."
