Changes concerning your employees

You submit all changes in the employment of your employees to us.

You register and deregister your employees via It is important that you do this within 1 month. Only then can we inform your employees about their pension scheme on time (within 3 months).

Via you can also inform us about changes of position.

Some changes you pass on via a form
Please use the correct form:
parental leave
care leave (if this applies to your pension scheme)
demotion (if this applies to your pension scheme)
