When your employee take leave, the leave could have an impact on their pensions.

The impact on their pensions depends on the type of leave being taken:





Your employee takes parental leave
Regarding parental leave, we pay for an employee’s pension accrual over the employee’s parental leave hours.

However, you have to inform us that parental leave is being taken.

Your employee takes unpaid leave
Regarding unpaid leave, your employee will only continue to accrue pension if you have made prior agreements to this effect with us.

You must provide information to your employees
It’s important for you to provide information to your employees. You can do so by referring them to this page. We will not provide information to your employee.
