A new job affects your employee’s pension.

Your employee has only being accruing pension with us for a short time. It’s essential your employee is aware what has, and what hasn’t, been arranged for him/her.

Your employees can choose from four options
Dependent on your pension scheme, an employee can choose from four options.
Would he/she like to:
1. transfer any previously accrued pension to us?
2. accrue extra retirement pension?
3. accrue extra partner’s pension?
4. insure a surviving dependants (ANW) pension.

How to inform your employees

It is important you provide information to your employees. You can do so by referring them to this page. We will also provide information to your employee within three months of them being employed by you.
