In this letter, you will also find your affiliation number. You require this number to access mijnpgbdesk.nl. Via this website, you provide us with your employees’ salary details. You also register and deregister your employees via this website.Step 1: Register your company on mijnpgbdesk.nl.You go to mijnpgbdesk.nl and click on ‘register’ which you will find at the bottom of the page. Subsequently, you fill in your details. Within five days, your password will be sent to you by post. Step 2: Check whether all your employees are in the systemYou login to mijnpgbdesk.nl using your affiliation number and password. Then you scroll to ‘Employees’. Here you will see an overview of your employees. If an employee is missing, you should register him/her yourself.Step 3: Give us permission to use automatic paymentsIf you haven’t, as yet, given us permission for automatic payments, you can still do so. To this end, you should use this form. Step 4: Decide whether or not you wish to arrange any extras for your employeesDependent on your pension scheme, there are five ways in which you can arrange extras for your employees.Click here for the supplementary schemes. Step 5: Provide your employees with information about their pensionsWe will send your employees information about their pensions within three months of your affiliation.
