Why are the pension schemes compulsory?The employers´ and employees´ organisations in the various sectors have come to an agreement in this respect. It ensures greater financial security; for example, when employees retire, or for their partners, if they predecease them.Is my company covered by a compulsory pension scheme?That depends on your situation.
